During the reception at City Hall, Adam Smith,
Gold medal winner (Cooking) at WorldSkills Calgary 2009 and
WorldSkills, UK Alumni member shared his experiences of competing
at the international skills event. Adam, who works as a sous-chef
at the Ritz Hotel in London also completed a demonstration on how
to make a ravioli pasta dish. This was followed by a 'have a go'
session in which LSEB members tried making the dish under Adam's
guidance.

only show the world our brilliance in staging great events, but
also the great pool of talent in our country and in our
